Just realized my morning walk routine changed after I tried walking backwards

I started walking backwards for 5 minutes every morning about 2 months ago after seeing a post on here. My knee pain from an old running injury dropped by like 80 percent. It works different muscles and forces you to focus on balance instead of just zoning out. I do it on a flat grass patch at the park near my house so I don't trip. Has anyone else tried this and noticed a weird body change like better posture or something?

That's kind of how things go once you start paying attention to one little habit, isn't it? I notice the same thing with people who start stretching for 5 minutes in the morning, then suddenly they're eating better and sleeping earlier. It's like your brain goes "oh, we're taking care of ourselves now" and starts stacking good choices on top of each other. For me, it was drinking a glass of water before coffee. That one little switch somehow made me stop reaching for sugar in everything later. The knee thing is wild though, I wonder if walking backwards forces your body to correct its natural bad patterns from years of just moving forward all the time.

Isn't it funny how one small change can snowball into something bigger like that?
