Appreciation post: the old diner in Boise still writes orders by hand on paper tickets
I ate at the same diner in Boise last week that I went to as a kid in the 90s, and the waitress still writes every order on a paper ticket even though they got tablets 6 years ago, does anyone else get weirdly happy when a place refuses to change one small thing?

That paper ticket hits different. Some things shouldn't get updated.
