Tried salt and vinegar chips on my cheese plate Friday, and the sharp cheddar suddenly tasted flat
Grabbed a bag at the corner shop in Boise and figured why not, but the vinegar wiped out the cheese until I moved it to the far side of the board. Anyone found a dip that plays nice with vinegar chips, or should I just keep them in their own bowl?

Were the chips too strong, or was the cheddar just mild to begin with?
