Took me 6 months to stop overloading my cheese board
I kept piling on six or seven cheeses because more felt better, then realized nobody was touching half of them at my Portland get-together. It hit me during cleanup that 3 good picks beat 7 random ones, especially when the smoked gouda was fighting the blue for attention. Took about 6 months and 12 boards to finally trust the smaller spread. Anyone else have that moment where less suddenly clicked for you?
