The $18 mini honey dipper that changed my whole grazing board game
I kept ruining my snack boards because I'd pour honey straight from the bottle and it would pool everywhere. Saw this little silicone-tipped dipper at a farmer's market in Portland for 18 bucks and figured why not. Now I make a clean drizzle zigzag over my brie and figs every time. Anyone else found a cheap tool that saves their board from turning into a sticky mess?

The "sticky mess" part got me, because I have been there more times than I want to count. I finally broke down and bought a cheap little squeeze bottle with a narrow tip, and it changed how I do any board with honey or even a thin sauce. It still drips a bit if I am not careful, but at least it is a controlled drip instead of a lake. That said, I respect the dipper approach, it feels a lot more deliberate and classy than my squirt bottle. Solid investment for 18 bucks if it saves you from the cleanup.

The squeeze bottle is smart but the dipper feels way fancier on the board. Eighteen bucks is steep for a stick though, especially when a spoon works in a pinch. That said, clean drizzle beats a honey flood every time.
