Rant: I was stacking my snack plate wrong for years
I always piled everything high, cheese and crackers all mixed up, until my friend Sarah came over last Friday and pointed out my salami was sweating on top of my brie. She showed me how she layers her plate with dips in the center and separates wet and dry items so nothing gets soggy or sticky. Has anyone else had a moment where a friend just casually called out your whole snack plate game and made you rethink everything?
