Had a guest point at my sad cracker-to-cheese ratio and I finally saw the light
I was cutting cubes way too small for 2 years until my sister dumped a pile of water crackers on the board and said 'you need more surface area, not more cheese' and now I do roughly 3 crackers per 1 ounce of cheese, has anyone else been making the same mistake?

Nah, I actually like smaller cuts because you get cheese in every bite without it sliding off.
