Finally got my snack plate right after a wedding tasting disaster last month
At my cousin's reception the charcuterie board was all hard cheese and stale crackers, so I spent the next week testing combos at home. What's your go-to cracker for soft cheese that doesn't crumble?

A buddy of mine had the same problem after a wedding last summer. He swore by the Trader Joe's "Everything But The Bagel" crackers with that super creamy Brie. I guess the crunch is just right without breaking everything apart, and the seasoning doesn't fight the cheese flavor. He also said the shape is good for scooping up soft goat cheese without making a mess. Might be worth a try if you see them around.

It's actually "Everything But the Bagel" seasoning, not crackers.
