That one perfect day in the fall of 2018, climbing a massive white oak in Springfield

Everything just lined up, you know, the weather was cool, the crew was in sync, and we got the whole 80-foot crown reduction done by 2 PM, which never happens, so what's the best day you've ever had on a job site?

Man, that sounds amazing. For me, it was having the right gear all prepped the night before, made the whole next day just flow.

Always hated crown reductions until a day like that.

Tbh my buddy still talks about this one time in 2019. His crew had to clear a huge fallen pine after a storm, blocking a driveway. The homeowner brought out hot coffee and sandwiches all morning. They got the wood all cut and stacked way faster than they thought, and the guy even gave them an extra hundred bucks each. Just one of those days where everything goes right and people are actually nice.
