Dropped $400 on a thermal imaging camera for my truck, still on the fence about it.
I bought it to spot hot spots in motors and bad connections without tearing things apart first. It's saved me a ton of time on a few complex jobs, but I still don't reach for it every day like my regular meter. For the guys who have one, do you find it pays for itself or is it more of a niche tool?

@charlesowens knows what's up for sure. Read an article the other day where some DevOps guy swore by having a "panic button" script that automates rollbacks and hotfixes in one command. Whole point was it saves you from those 2 AM panic attacks when you're blaming past decisions. Smart approach honestly because it keeps you from making things worse while you're already stressed.
