Vent: I was reading anime threads wrong for months
I kept jumping into the big plot debates, like the 'One Piece' ending theories. Then I saw a quiet post about how a specific scene in 'Vinland Saga' used silence instead of music. That was the real discussion. Anyone else find the small details more interesting than the big arguments?

Yeah, that bit about the quiet scene in Vinland Saga hits. I rewatched the first season of Attack on Titan and finally noticed how often the background characters are just crying or staring in shock during the big fights. The main action is loud, but those silent reactions in the crowd told a whole other story. Makes you see it differently.

Those silent reactions in the crowd" made you pick a favorite background character?

Oh man, you just made me think of something! Those background characters who don't even have a name but you see them in every crowd shot watching the same disasters over and over - they're basically the town's trauma survivors building up PTSD from all the giant monsters and wars.
