My brother told me to binge all of One Piece in 3 weeks and I almost lost my job

Last month my brother dared me to watch all 1000+ episodes of One Piece in 21 days. I took a week off work and stayed up till 3 AM every night. By day 10 I was hallucinating Luffy in my cereal bowl. My boss called me at 2 PM on a Tuesday and I answered with 'Zoro said I'm busy.' I got written up and my brother still laughs about it. Has anyone else tried a stupid anime marathon that backfired on them?

Oh MAN this is too real. I tried to binge Death Note in one weekend and by Sunday night I was writing names in my notebook just to see what would happen. My roommate found me asleep with my head on the keyboard and my boss asked if I was "doing okay" at work the next day. Never again.

One Piece only had 920 episodes out back then, not over 1000.
