I dropped about $60 on a limited edition Jujutsu Kaisen keychain from a convention booth

The thing snapped in half the first time I put it on my bag, and the seller ghosted me when I tried to get a refund. Has anyone else had a collectible just completely fall apart on them right away?

Wow, that sounds so frustrating for her... but I have to disagree with you @paige514. From what I've seen, that brand's figures are actually pretty solid. Maybe it was just a one-off factory defect? I've handled a few and they felt really sturdy, not cheap at all. It's a shame hers fell apart, but I don't think it means the whole product line is bad. Sometimes you just get unlucky with a single piece.
