Had to pick between subbed or dubbed for Attack on Titan

I went with subbed because my friend said the voice acting is way better. Three episodes in and I keep missing half the action reading subtitles. Has anyone switched halfway through a series?

That's a good point from @taylor.phoenix, but the Female Titan fight is actually in episode 21, not episode 8. Skipping back a few episodes after switching is a solid plan though, helps your brain adjust to the new voices without missing key moments.

8 episodes in and I swear I missed like half of the Female Titan fight because I was staring at the bottom of the screen lmao. Honestly though I think switching is totally fine, people do it all the time for long shows. Just skip back a few episodes so you can get used to the new voices and pacing of the dub. I did the same thing with Naruto Shippuden and it was a game changer.
