Had to pick between finishing a show or starting a new one, and I'm still thinking about it.

Last weekend, I had to choose between finally watching the last three episodes of 'Vinland Saga' season 2 or jumping into the new 'Frieren' everyone's talking about. I went with finishing Vinland, and that ending hit me so hard I just sat there for like 20 minutes after. It was the right call, but now I feel like I'm behind on the new hot show. Has anyone else had to make a choice like that and regretted it?

Three episodes of 'Vinland Saga' season 2, man... I did the exact same thing two weeks ago with 'Attack on Titan' final season part 3. Had the last episode sitting there for like a month while everyone was raving about 'Dungeon Meshi' and I just couldn't pull the trigger. Finally watched it and spent the next hour staring at my ceiling thinking about Eren's whole arc. But yeah, now I'm three weeks behind on Dungeon Meshi and my feed is full of fanart I can't look at. No regrets on finishing strong though, those final moments hit way harder when you commit to them.

Consider how long that new show will stay in the conversation.

What's the point if everyone forgets it next week?
