Shot my sister's birthday at f/11 for two years before I saw the contact sheet
I always figured stopping down meant sharper photos, so every party and cookout around Phoenix got shot at f/11 or f/16 with 400 speed film. Then I picked up my prints from the lab on 7th Ave last month and every indoor frame was blurry from the slow shutter, because my meter was screaming at me and I was ignoring it. Anyone else shoot way too slow for years before a lab tech gently pointed out the obvious?
