My lab partner said my film loading is too slow, but I think it saved my shots
Last week at the community darkroom in Portland, a guy I shoot with watched me load a roll of Tri-X and said I was wasting time fumbling in the bag. He loads his in under 20 seconds, but he also gets light leaks on half his rolls. I take about a minute, but I have not fogged a single frame in 8 months, so is slow and careful actually the better way here?
