Dodged a bad chemical mix at the river last weekend
I was shooting a roll of Fuji Pro 400H at the Sauk River near Darrington this Sunday. The light was perfect around 4pm, golden through the cedars. But I forgot to reset my light meter from the indoor setting I used the day before. Wasted about 8 frames before I caught my mistake. Anyone else get caught by a meter setting you forgot to switch?

Did you catch it right after the first bad frame or did it take you a few shots before you realized something was off?

Yeah, that's happened to me more times than I'd like to admit. Now I just do a quick double-check on the meter before I even raise the camera to my eye, keeps me from burning through a whole roll.
