Vent: dropped $1,800 on new windows for my place near Nob Hill and I'm not sure it was worth it
Some folks swear the summer AC bill drop pays it back in five years, others say the cheap vinyl swap was wasted money on a 1950s ranch, so which side are you on and what did your project actually cost?
