I pushed back on gravel and native plants for two years because I thought it would look like a gas station. What changed my mind was a neighbor on Palomas showing me his ABQ water bill from last July, about $61 after he pulled his fescue out in 2023. The city rebate covered a chunk of the rock and drip lines too, so I'm starting on the parkway strip this fall. Has anyone here done the rebate paperwork recently, and was the inspection as picky as people say?
