Rant: I paid $95 for a "heat pump tune-up" that was a guy with a shop vac
He spent 15 minutes on the outside unit, then handed me a bill and said my system was "in good shape" without checking a single thing inside. Has anyone found an HVAC person in town who actually does a real check, or is this just how it is now?
