Rant: Gate codes are a nightmare, spent 4 days getting locked out of my own neighborhood
Bought a place off Coors and Montano in March. The HOA uses this one gate code system that keeps resetting every time someone complains. I got locked out 6 times in 4 days, including once with groceries melting in the trunk. The property manager finally admitted they had the wrong number in the system, but only after I called them 11 times. Has anyone else dealt with a gate code mess like this, or is it just my luck with this particular community?
