Neighbor told me my gravel was too sharp for his dog's paws so I switched to decomposed granite
He said his golden retriever kept limping after walking along my side of the fence. Swapped out the whole 30-foot strip for about $60 in crushed granite last month and his dog runs through it fine now. Any of you deal with this kind of driveway or walkway feedback?

Wait, your neighbor actually came and talked to you about his dog's paws on the gravel? That's a lot nicer than what I got. I had a lady from three houses down just start yelling over my fence one time that her little corgi was getting pebbles stuck in its pads every time they walked past my place. She wasn't even my direct neighbor. I ended up dumping a couple bags of play sand into the top layer of my walkway and it's been fine since, plus it looks kind of like a beach path now. Your swap to decomposed granite sounds like a smarter long-term fix though, probably keeps the dust down too.
