My neighbor said my gravel yard was pushing water toward his foundation
He came over last month and pointed out how my recent grading work with the new gravel was actually sloping toward his house on the west side. I had just wanted a low-maintenance look near my driveway. I ended up renting a small skid steer for a weekend and re-sloping everything to drain into the street instead. Has anyone else had to fix a drainage issue they accidentally caused?

Man, good on you for fixing that right away. I had a similar mess when I put in a paver patio. The quick fix is to get some flexible drain pipe, the kind with holes, and bury it along the problem edge. Cover it with gravel and direct it somewhere safe, like the street or a dry well. It's cheaper than re-grading everything and it actually works.

Flexible pipe is the way to go. I used the corrugated stuff with a sock around it to keep the dirt out. Ran it about twenty feet to a pop-up emitter in a sunny part of the yard.

Yeah, I had that exact same problem with my last place. I put in a gravel parking pad and didn't realize it was sending all the runoff right at my neighbor's garage. What finally worked for me was digging a shallow trench along the property line and filling it with river rock, sort of a DIY French drain. It redirected the water without having to redo the whole grade.
