Tbh, it's clear remote jobs are changing how we live at home.

Sage787's point about insulation is key... my neighbor just did that and added a small window unit for heat. Now his whole setup looks more like a real room than a cold garage.

Those garage offices must be noisy with all the street traffic... really changes the whole idea of a quiet home workspace.

Elm Street has several garage offices that barely hear any traffic. With some cheap insulation, the noise drops to a dull background sound. It's still a perfectly quiet spot to get work done.
