Picked the 1950s bungalow in Red Deer over the new build in Blackfalds and my furnace bill is $180 a month
The new build had a shiny warranty but the bungalow has a 12 year old furnace that still runs fine and a yard my dog actually likes. Anyone else go old over new and regret it, or did the character win you over too?
