Warning: Saw a really bad panel install at a new build in Springfield

I was out there last week for a quote and the main panel was just screwed into drywall with no backer board, hanging loose. The wires were pulled so tight they were pulling the whole thing forward. Has anyone else run into this kind of hack job lately?

Saw that exact thing last month at a job site in the next town over. The whole panel was literally sagging out from the wall because they skipped the backer board entirely. Felt like it was gonna fall off if you even looked at it wrong. The wires were so tight I could hear them creaking when I touched the panel. People cutting corners like this is why homeowners end up paying double later to fix it.
