Our two-man crew just finished a huge site ahead of schedule.

Good teamwork was key. The client even gave us a bonus.

Look at the other side though. An easy site covers up a lot of problems. You could have two guys who barely talk, just each doing their own simple task. No real teamwork needed. The bonus could just be a happy client who had low expectations. Finishing early might mean the schedule was too loose, not that you worked well together. Sometimes luck and an easy job get all the credit.

Good teamwork was key" might be overselling it. Maybe you just got lucky with easy site conditions.

Actually, here's a thing nobody talks about: easy conditions can make bad teamwork even more obvious. When things are simple, there's no pressure to hide poor communication or lazy habits. So if the job still went smooth, that really does point to good crew dynamics (even if the work itself was basic). A disorganized team would still find a way to mess up a straightforward task, trust me.
