I finally figured out why that one sensor kept false alarming
Last month I had a customer in Phoenix whose motion sensor in the garage was going off every morning at 6am. I swapped batteries, changed sensitivity, even put in a brand new unit. Nothing worked until I noticed a gap in the weatherstripping letting in a beam of sunlight right at sunrise. Has anyone else had tricky false alarms that turned out to be something simple like light or reflections?
