Dropped $700 on a wire tracer last fall and it paid for itself on the third job
Spent 2 hours ringing out a 40 year old panel in a strip mall before I finally bought the $700 kit, now it's 15 minutes. What other tools did you put off buying way too long and then wonder how you worked without them?

Doubt a fancy tester is worth $700 when basics still work fine.
