Bought a $58 wire tracer off a pawn shop shelf and it paid for itself on one job
Grabbed a used tone generator and probe at a shop off 82nd last month because I was tired of guessing which pair ran to the far bedroom in these old ranches. Found a crossed zone in about 10 minutes instead of the hour of trial and error I usually burn, so it already made its money back. Curious what tracer setups the rest of you run, since this one gets noisy when there's romex running parallel.
