Bought a 4G dialer for a panel upgrade without checking compatibility first.
Lost $240 on a GSM unit that wouldn't link with the old Honeywell board, and the supplier wouldn't take returns after I opened the box. Anyone else get burned by skipping the tech spec sheet?
