Warning: My air fryer just hit 500 uses and I'm shocked
I was cleaning it yesterday and saw the little counter I keep on my phone. I got this thing as a gift two years ago and figured I'd use it once a week, tops. But it's basically replaced my oven for anything small, from frozen fries to roasting a single chicken breast. Has anyone else's air fryer become their main kitchen appliance without them even realizing?

Read somewhere they're actually more efficient than a full-sized oven on electricity too.

That's the funny thing about useful tools, they just quietly take over. My toaster oven became the same way, then the electric kettle. You buy them for one specific job, and before you know it you're using them for everything because they're just faster and simpler. The main oven feels like a big production now for anything smaller than a casserole.

Used to think those small appliances were just clutter. My air fryer proved me wrong, it cooks frozen stuff and reheats leftovers way better than the microwave. Barely turn on my big oven anymore unless it's a holiday.
