Vent: Tried to make crispy tofu in the air fryer and it was a total flop
I followed a recipe from a blog that said to press the tofu for 30 minutes then toss it in cornstarch before air frying at 400F for 15 minutes. The outside got dry and chalky while the inside stayed mushy and tasteless. Has anyone found a way to get tofu actually crispy without it turning into a weird texture?

Pressed for 30 min" isn't nearly long enough lol. Try 2 hours next time.
