TIL you can make perfect hard boiled eggs in an air fryer in 15 minutes
I just saw a post on Serious Eats that said air frying at 270 degrees for 15 minutes gives you eggs with creamy yolks and no green ring, so I tried it this morning and they peeled way easier than my usual stovetop method - anyone else had good results with this?

Tried it three times now. First batch peeled like a dream, second was a total pain. Wonder if it depends on how fresh the eggs are or something. People act like air fryers are miracle machines but I still burn toast in mine all the time.
