Shoutout to the person who said you could make a full roast chicken in an air fryer

I called total nonsense on that for months, thinking it would just dry out. Last Sunday I got a 4 pound chicken, rubbed it with salt and pepper, and shoved it in my basket. After 50 minutes at 380, it came out with skin so crisp you could hear it crack from across the kitchen, and the meat was still juicy. I felt like a fool for doubting it. What other 'impossible' air fryer things have you all tried that actually worked?

My air fryer makes perfect hard boiled eggs.

Yeah, the chicken thing blew my mind too. I saw a video about making a small cheesecake in one and was sure it would be a soupy mess, but it actually set up fine. I even tried those frozen pre-made cookie dough pucks and they came out better than my oven. @eva_garcia56, I gotta try the eggs now, because my stove method is hit or miss. This thing is just weirdly good at stuff it has no right to be.
