Serious question, has anyone else's air fryer basket started to look like this after a few months?
I got my Cosori air fryer back in January, and for the first couple months, the basket was easy to clean. I'd just wipe it out with a damp cloth. But over the last six weeks, I've noticed a real change. The non-stick coating on the bottom of the basket has gotten this weird, cloudy, almost sticky film that won't come off with normal washing. I think it's from the oils and fats from cooking things like chicken wings and frozen fries over and over, even though I wipe it out. It's not affecting how the food cooks yet, but it feels gross and I'm worried it's going to get worse. I tried soaking it in hot soapy water for an hour, but it didn't really help. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a way to get it back to normal?

Mine did the same thing. The coating just wears down over time. Have you tried baking soda paste yet?

Did you leave the paste on for a full hour? I did that and it actually worked. Mine looked way worse than yours and I was ready to just buy a new one. The baking soda made it look almost new again, but you really have to let it sit. I scrubbed it off with one of those blue sponge scrubbers.

Baking soda paste is the way to go. I let mine sit for about 45 minutes then scrubbed with a soft sponge and it came right off.
