Noticing a lot of air fryer dessert posts lately

Tried making churros in mine and they turned out amazing. Used a simple recipe from a blog. Have you jumped on the sweet air fryer train?

Oof, that 'incinerate' setting is NO joke. I had a similar mess with some brownies. Definitely gotta watch them like a hawk!

I hopped on that train and fell right off. Tried some basic cookies and burned them to a crisp. My air fryer seems to think "dessert" means "incinerate".

Honestly, the trick is just turning down the heat and checking early. My air fryer runs hot too, so I drop the temp by 25 degrees from what any recipe says. Those churros came out perfect because I was opening the basket to peek every few minutes. It's not really a set-it-and-forget-it kind of appliance for baking.
