My mom asked me why I never cook fish in the air fryer
I was over at her place last Tuesday and she saw me making my usual frozen fries. She said, 'You know, you can put a whole salmon filet in there with some lemon and it's done in 12 minutes.' I mean, I've had this thing for 8 months and I guess I just got stuck on fries and chicken nuggets. I tried her idea with a piece of cod last night, 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and it came out perfect and not smelly at all. It totally changed how I see my air fryer. What other 'normal' dinner foods have you guys cooked in yours that turned out great?

My sister gave me a mini meatloaf recipe that works in the air fryer, kind of like maxb46's buddy. I use a small cake pan that fits right in the basket. The real game changer for me was reheating leftover pizza, it gets the crust crispy again in about three minutes. What's the weirdest thing you've tried that actually worked?

My buddy Dave got one for Christmas and did the same thing, just frozen snacks. His wife finally got mad and threw a pork chop in there with some seasoning. He said it was the best chop he ever had and now they do whole meals. He made meatloaf in a small pan that fits inside, said it was done in half the time and stayed super moist.
