My air fryer chicken came out rubbery every time for 3 months straight
I kept trying to make chicken breasts in my air fryer and they were always dry and rubbery (like eating a shoe sole). I tried different temps, different times, nothing worked. Then my sister told me to pat the chicken dry before seasoning and cook at 375 instead of 400. Took me 3 months to figure that out. Anyone else have a super basic fix that took forever to find?

Oh man, 375 is the sweet spot for chicken.
