Honestly, I tried making air fryer donuts for the first time and the glaze turned into a complete disaster.

Glazes can be tricky. Try thinning it out with a tiny bit of warm milk next time.

Warm milk, huh? My last glaze turned into a weird rubbery skin... I'm pretty sure if I add milk it'll just become sweet pancake batter.
