Wasted $80 on an AI resume builder that just rewrote my bullet points
I paid for a premium AI resume tool last month thinking it would totally revamp my job applications. All it really did was rephrase my existing bullet points with fancier words and kept the same weak structure. Anyone else find these AI tools just don't understand what recruiters actually want to see?

I blew $60 on a similar tool last year and got the exact same result - fancy words, zero substance. The REAL trick is to go on YouTube and search for "resume bullet points with numbers" then just copy that format manually. Recruiters want hard results like "cut processing time by 22%" not "leveraged synergistic workflows." Also try the free version of Jobscan to match keywords against job descriptions, that helped me WAY more than any AI writer.

You've clearly never worked with a recruiter who just scans for keywords and moves on.
