Warning: feeding an AI tool a 10 page PDF is the mistake I see most
At a coworking demo night in Boise two weeks ago, three people pasted their whole 10 page doc into a chat window and got vague junk back. Chop it into 1 page chunks first and the answers get way sharper, has anyone else seen that make a difference?
Ten pages in one paste is wild to me. The model has to figure out what matters across that much text at once, so it just averages everything out and gives you mush. I tried it with a six page lease once and got a summary that missed the actual rent number, then did it page by page and it caught everything. Splitting it up really is the difference.
