I fed it all my crew's timelines and it instantly flagged overlap I'd been eyeballing for days. Has anyone else let an AI handle their project calendar, or am I just lazy?

Did you try having it watch for material delivery windows too? I fed my crew's schedule into one for a kitchen redo and it caught a three day gap where the tile guy was booked but the countertop crew wasn't. That alone stopped me from making two separate trips to the site, so I'd call that lazy-adjacent, not lazy.
