Spent $400 on a local AI art generator and it was a total waste

I paid for a year of a service called 'CanvasMind' that promised to turn my property photos into marketing art. The first few images looked okay, but it kept putting weird, melted-looking trees into pictures of apartment lobbies. After a month, I tried to get a refund for the remaining time, around $300, but their support just sent auto-replies. Has anyone found an AI image tool that actually understands basic architecture?

CanvasMind's melted trees sound like a horror movie.

CanvasMind's refund policy is basically a ghost story.

See, I had the opposite thing happen. I ordered a print that got damaged in shipping, just a big crease right across it. I sent them a picture, and they had a new one out to me in like three days, no hassle. Their policy page is pretty clear about replacements for damaged stuff. Maybe it depends on the problem?
