I used to spend hours on client proposals, now an AI tool writes them in minutes

About six months ago, I was still writing every cleaning service proposal from scratch, which took me around two hours each. I started using a tool called Jasper to draft them based on a few notes I type in, like square footage and special requests. It cuts my work down to maybe 15 minutes for a first draft I can then tweak. The change happened because I realized I was saying the same things over and over, just for different houses. Has anyone else found a good AI tool for this kind of repetitive business writing? I'm curious if there are better options out there.

Man, I feel that. My old proposals were basically the same three paragraphs shuffled around with a different address slapped on top. I'd waste a whole morning describing pipe layouts and service packages that were identical to the last ten jobs. Finally caved and tried one of those tools, felt like an idiot for not doing it sooner. Now I just feed it the basics like "kitchen re-pipe, copper, old house" and it gives me something to work with that doesn't put me to sleep writing it.

My buddy at the print shop does the same thing with wedding invites. He has a template for every season and just swaps the names. It's smart to let the boring stuff run on autopilot. Frees you up for the parts that actually need your brain.
