Hit 500 automated customer replies in a row without a single typo and I honestly thought the AI was messing with me
It took me three full weeks of tweaking the prompt and rechecking every output, but now I'm curious if anyone else has seen their chatbot go totally flawless for a long stretch like that?

Check if your chatbot actually repeats the same perfect phrasing every time. If it does, it might just be memorizing your template and ignoring the prompts altogether.

Oh man, that's a really good point and something I've been wondering about too. I mean, it's so frustrating when you spend time crafting a prompt and the bot just spits back the same canned response like it didn't even read what you wrote. Idk, maybe it's just me but that kind of thing makes me feel like I'm wasting my time tweaking the template.
