Finally automated my monthly expense reports after 8 years of spreadsheets

I used to spend every Sunday night manually copying numbers from my bank statement into a Google Sheet. Yesterday I hooked up an AI tool that reads my transactions and categorizes them in under 30 seconds. Has anyone else found a good way to handle those weird one off purchases like Venmo payments from friends?

Honestly that Venmo thing is the worst. My friends pay me back for pizza and it throws off everything. I just tag those as "miscellaneous fun money" and move on. Tbh the Sunday night spreadsheet grind is something I do NOT miss. Happy you got out of that loop.
