Hotel blackout curtains ruined my nap schedule, now I check windows first
Stayed at the Marriott in Austin last week for a conference. Their curtains were so good I slept 3 hours past my alarm and missed the morning panels. Wild because at home my cheap blinds let in everything. Realized I never think about light control when picking hotels, only beds. Now I'm wondering if anyone else brings a sleep mask as backup or just accepts the risk of a 4pm checkout struggle. How do you guys handle naps on the road?
