Hot take: setting my nap alarm for 22 minutes beats 20, and I've got a theory why
Last week I kept waking up groggy from my usual 20 minute snooze on the couch in my Denver apartment, so I tried 22 minutes instead and the fog was gone 3 days in a row. My guess is the extra 2 minutes covers the time it takes me to actually fall asleep, so I'm getting a fuller short cycle instead of getting yanked out mid drift. Is counting the fall-asleep time something you all do, or am I just overthinking the clock here?
